My name is Rim. And I am the woman behind Rabbitrunneuse. 🙂
I am 34 y.o happy mum of a 2 years old boy, Sam.
In my life, I am a marketer, an amateur-photographer, a city-dweller, a foodie and also a nature and travel lover !
Rabbitrunneuse says a lot about me : I am a « runner », which is translated by « runneuse » (in french). The second part of the name is rabbit and this is due to the shift towards healthier food choices.
Here, you understand the two main subjects I will be talking about in my blog.
- I am a runner : I am indeed addicted to running. And it’s been 2 years that I am running on a regular basis. Generally, I run 3 to 4 times a week.On April 2016, I run my first semi-marathon in 2 hours and 11 minutes. It was more about achieving one than a timing performance. I think that to start you have to keep your objectives smart. In the near future, my goal is to do a semi-marathon in 2 hours.
Besides, I workout 2 to 3 times a week. Basically, I train 6 days a week, and sometimes only 5.This part is important because to be fit and healthy, you have to do 3 times a week cardio and 2 to 3 times a week your workout. I will explain more when I’ll come to the sports part 🙂
- I am also a foodie making healthy choices : Hahaha, yes I love baking…And to eat clean, I am revisiting recipes to include more healthy ingredients and to avoid fats. But also I am including more veggies and fruits in my meals.Since I started this healthy lifestyle, I am eating better and quantity and quality. And I am having yummy breakfasts !! 🙂
